​You’re not just a barista; you’re a key player in the El Paso coffee scene

• Start with 10 Hours/week to start, flexible schedule

• 2x 4-hour shifts: Help prepare the coffee truck, make and serve drink beverages from the truck, and connecting with our community across El Paso through beverages.

• Drink Scientist and outreach (2 hours): We want you to have fun not only making drinks, but also coming up with new drinks. Also, help us scout the best high-traffic locations and venues for the truck.

What We’re Looking For

• A "People Person": You are authentic, approachable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with the community.

• Creative Mind: You are excited to experiment with ingredients (syrups, citrus, sodas) to create the next fan-favorite drink.

• [Optional] Clean Driving Record: Essential. Ideally, we would like you to drive around, but if you are not comfortamble, it's ok. We mainly want someone who will serve customers at different locations.

• Reliability: Since we are a small team, showing up on time and communicating are critical.
