What happened with the roast?
In the process of exploring the right roast level for this coffee I'm exploring, the timing and temp wasn't exactly where I wanted it. This is similar to our own Berry Brûlée | Cacao, but a softer lingering finish and more complex initial notes. This one does well to provide you with that coffee wine flavor without it being overpowering.
I actually made two of virtually the same LOL. That's why there's two available, both same day roasted
