Gesha is a rare, high-elevation coffee variety celebrated for its exceptional quality and refined flavors, often expressing vibrant florals, delicate fruit notes, and remarkable clarity in the cup.
Since this is a Gesha coffee, I only provide it in whole bean to ensure freshness is extended as much as possible. This gives you flexibility to grind it the way you like at home.
Gesha coffees are seeked out for their refined sweetness and pronounced jasmine florals, with a light body and clean, crisp finish that highlights bright fruit notes like pear and white grape. These are primarily meant to be brewed using a pour-over methods (V60/Chemex), but other methods will be good. This coffee is very smooth with bright flavor notes, acidity, and spices like cardamom and Allspice.
