ABOUT THIS COFFEE
This Ethiopia Guji Goro Bedessa single-origin, S/O, selection comes from the celebrated Guji region, an area known for producing some of the most expressive coffees in Ethiopia. Grown at high elevation and processed with great care, this coffee delivers the floral aroma, bright sweetness, and clean, elegant character that Ethiopia is famous for.
Region: Guji Zone — Goro Bedessa Woreda, Hambela Wamena area, Ethiopia
Producer / Farm group: Small-holder coffee farmers delivering cherry to the Goro Bedessa washing station / farm-gate pool.
Variety / Cultivar: Heirloom Ethiopian landrace types.
Altitude: Up to ~ 2100 meters above sea level.
Process: Wet-processed (Washed). Cherry is hand-sorted; after depulping the mucilage is fermented ~24–36 h, then washed and dried on raised beds.
