This Ethiopia Guji Goro selection comes from the celebrated Guji region, an area known for producing some of the most expressive coffees in Ethiopia. Grown at high elevation and processed with great care, this coffee delivers the floral aroma, bright sweetness, and clean, elegant character that Ethiopia is famous for.

Producer / Farm group: Small-holder coffee farmers delivering cherry to the Goro Bedessa washing station / farm-gate pool.
Variety / Cultivar: Heirloom Ethiopian landrace types.
Altitude: Up to ~ 2100 meters above sea level.
Process: Wet-processed (Washed). Cherry is hand-sorted; after depulping the mucilage is fermented ~24–36 h, then washed and dried on raised beds.
